Virtual Bingo This game of chance just got a major upgrade. Participants receive a Zoom link and a pin number to access the game via their smart devices. Once pin numbers are entered, each person receives an interactive Bingo card. When your company places the order for the boxes (minimum order 10), you can add virtual bingo at a cost of €250 + 21% VAT. We then arrange for an online virtual bingo session with one of our instructors (exclusive to your group – we do not mix parties) for a set date/time. Print your bingo cards at home to play in‑person, or send out links to play a Virtual Bingo Game - we even provide a bingo caller! Choose from ready-made Number Bingo Cards or browse through bingo ideas for all occasions. All our bingo cards can be customized (edit the title, background, content). Make the perfect bingo cards for your party. This virtual bingo Valentine's Day party game is perfect for using with Zoom meetings, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. If you can't all gather in person, engage party guests with this fun, interactive, easy-to-use party game. Includes a download with directions and a link to access the file in Google Slides. No need for the host to make.

How it works…
Pay deposit.
Deposit applied to total amount due.
30 – 50 players ($14 per card)
Virtual Christmas Bingo Party
51 – 99 players ($13 per card)
100 – 150 players ($12 per card)
151 – 199 players ($11 per card)
200 + players ($10 per card)
Answer some questions like name of your organization, what are you celebrating, name of contact person, etc.
Then we send you 5 graphics to use to help spread the word about your virtual event.
Two days prior to the event, we send individual emails to all of your players with the zoom info, unique bingo card links and a customized agenda of your event. We can handle up to 2000 players.
After bingo we follow up with a thank you email that contains the recording of your event.
Think you can just do this on your own or just get your secretary to figure it out?
Well, you absolutely can and she can, but generating the cards, customizing them, running the actual game, managing the zoom, confirming the winner cards, sending out individual emails with custom information is kind of a beach to figure out. Trust me.

What’s included:
- Private Zoom with unlimited attendees and recording of event sent via email afterwards.
- Five custom branded graphics for promo.
- Custom branded virtual invite sent to your attendees on your behalf–each containing a players virtual card and zoom meeting link as well as simplified instructions.
- Virtual branded bingo card for each player to use for all 5 games. Simply reset the card with a click of one button.
- 5 games
- Up to 2 hours (5 games usually takes 1hr 7 mins on average to call, but sometimes groups want to add things between the games. Drawings, trivia questions, announcements, little speeches, opening gifts, etc. so the entire event can take up to 2 hours depending on YOU and what you want to add if anything at all.)
- Members of your organization/group are invited to speak before, during and after. Need to give out awards? Say thank you to employees? Ask trivia questions? Draw raffles? No problem.

48 hrs in advance of the event we send out instructions via email to each player. The email will contain their virtual bingo card, zoom link and an agenda of the event.
